Default Use of Extension Tubes for Macro on D100??

I currently have a Nikon F100 film camera with an assortment of lenses, extension tubes, and tele-extenders. I use the extension tubes with great success on macro shots. Can I continue to use the tubes with my existing lenses (all AF-D type) on the Nikon D100. Logic would say yes, but with the small CCD and the 1.5 multiplier on focal length, I'm not sure what I'm in for. Does anyone have experience with this?
