I had a customer into the store where i work today (camera shop) who brought back their new P5000 with some questions about quality of image. They had it set at VGA (480x640), a necessity for posting on their website (they're in real estate). Their 5x7 print-out had jaggies all over the roof of the house that was photographed. My first thought was "well no wonder, you're using VGA!"

They produced another 5x7 of the same house taken at the same time with their old camera, an Olympus that looked to be about 5 years old. I checked both cameras and they were both on VGA at Normal, and yet the image produced from the Olympus had no jaggies at all.

Does anyone know why this might be ?????
