Default Changing the ISO speed on the P90

I dont much about this camera
but all my pictures are having alot of noies on them
I was it could be something to do with the ISO speed
so I'm spent almost an trying to find a way to change/adjust the ISO Speed from the menu I can't find

It's in your shooting menu (the ISO Sensitivity menu choice). But, you'll probably need to be in a mode other than Green Auto to change it (use P, A, S or M on your mode dial). If you want to use Auto exposure, try shooting in P mode (Programmed Auto ) instead of the Green Auto position. That should give you access to settings like ISO speed, Exposure Compensation and more).
