i was wondering if anyone on here has any imput on the nikon coolpix s3000 just looking to get one to keep with me all the time on days when i dont have my d3000 with me like at places that only allow point and shoots in

The Nikon S6000 might be a better choice with a lot more photo flexibility, but still retaining that desired camera "smallness," and performance. Sarah Joyce |

I'm no expert, bought the Nikon S3000 for my dughter. At 22, she can be rough on them. Held up well, quick out of pocket to picture taken. Untimately succumbed to the washing machine - yes it got laundered. Looking at repurchase or buying S5100 or maybe S6000.
A tip of my hat to Steve's Digicam. A camera devotee freind turned me on to this site - I don't buy until I see what the site has to say about a camera. Thank you! |
