Default Hama teleconverter 1.5x.

I have one tele converter Hama (Germany) 1.50x thread 37mm, that is made initially for a digital video camera, I adapted this optics on the Nextphoto "UR-E8 to 37mmF-49mm-M" and UR-E8 Nikon. I made tests on a sighting for format 24x36 and I get on sides, 50 lines / mm and to the center, 70 lines / mm.
My CP5700 to the focal distance of 280mm, to a resolution of 70 to 80 lines /mm.
Is this tele converter as correct as a Nikon or Raynox of the same type, for example ?
