Hi All,
I'm new here. Just recently picked up an L120 and would like to snap some nice shots of the moon tonight. I do have a tripod. I'd love to hear from someone with experience taking great moon shots with this camera. I need to know what method and setting you use, in detail. I'm new to this, so if you could give me the "L120 Moon Shots for Dummies" tutorial, I'd appreciate it. ![]() Thanks! Jason |

You will not have much luck with that camera, even at full zoom. Also, the L120 does not look like it would be good for digiscoping due to the large diameter of the lens. Lunar photography is very simple if you have the right equipment: If you don't, expect less than rave reviews for your effort. Check out my thread "My dirt cheap digiscoping setup" in the forum titled "Digiscoping/Photo-Microscopy".
