I am taking some indoor photo's of dogs for a friends web site. I have a white back ground and lighting. I would like to ask if anyone could suggest the best setting to set my camera for these shots.

Any help would be great. I am really hoping someone will advise me soon because I need to get a start on this, and am very lost!

What type "lighting" is it you have, and is it synced to the camera or not?

To follow up on Greg's post - is it a constant light like a lamp or a strobe/flash that must be triggered? What accessories for said lighting do you have (softbox, umbrella, difuser)?
