Default Lights and shadows .. pics from a Pro m43 shooter

I spotted a thread over at dpr about another Pro shooter converting to 4/3... it turned out that he in-fact moved from shooting Nikon to a Pana GF1. You can see some of his work here:


What gets me is how simple but well composed each of his images are, and there are some really stunning pics on that page.

Another note of interest is that since the change to the GF1 he's also changed his work flow... my first thoughts was that he's picked up an E3 but I was surprised that it was the GF1, esp as most shooters seem to think the out of cam pana jpegs are not as good as Oly's. Looking at his pics I'd happy with just the composition !

Default That gallery is a delight.

or perhaps the light.

I envy his eye. How many times do we walk by those shadows. How many are actually with camera when lighting becomes harsh.
