Default HD and High Speed Video of E-P2 Image Stabilizer in Action

I thought I'd share another Olympus E-P2 video I shot, but this time showing its image stabilizer at work.

The video starts off with an HD and 300 frames per second clip showing the sensor dance when the camera is turned off and IS is enabled. Quite surprising to see the amount of movement it's capable of.

The third clip shows the sensor when the image stabilizer is on and the camera is performing an exposure (in other words taking a picture). I set the shutter speed to 2 seconds and then gently nudged the camera back and forth as it sat on the tripod.

Now the sensor in such cases doesn't actually move that much, maybe 0.5mm I'd estimate, so you do have to look quite carefully, but just ever so slightly so you can see the motion. Kinda neat! Anyway, enjoy!
