Default Shift lens on a 43 camera

I was perusing the Fotodiox site and noticed that they sell shift adapters (10mm shift) for the 43 mount - retail US$150 but Amazon sells them for US$130. If you have a legacy Canon EOS or FD wide-angle lens and a 43 camera, that could be an inexpensive way to get some perspective control in architecture photos. I assume the 10 mm. shift is to limit the shift to within a 35mm film lens' circle of coverage.
