Dunno why they say that - it's not anywhere near that slow in my experience.

I suppose this has to do with what you're looking for. The slides I posted are my favorite Kodachrome slides, for which I really cared about the digitized quality. And even so, the quality isn't the same as seeing the slide in even a small illuminated viewer, much less through a good projector onto a good screen. But if I were going to batch process a bunch of mediocre slides I'd probably look at a less expensive solution.

Send me the slide and I'll have it done in no time. Seriously, I don;t find it hard at all. I'll even shoot negatives but that is a little tricky both in terms of focus and WB. Might take a few tests to get exposure right but I don't mind that at all, takes mere seconds.
