Default Quick question: Manfrotto 486RC2 tripod ball head

Opinions on this? What sort of decent legs can this be attached to? Also, if someone is selling their tripod ball head, this might be without the connecting system right?

I have the 488rc2 ball head which is built extremely well, but does still have a small amount of lockdown creep. Its the best manfotto head I have as it handles the e-3 with the 50-200 very easily. the 486 is slightly smaller so it might not handle heavier loads as well if you have a similar setup.
