Default My very first quick shots with the 12-60mm

When I got home from work Thursday evening the lens had been delivered. Seems to be a rugged well built lens, I did not realize how much heavier than the kit lens it was going to be. When I put it on the camera, I went into my backyard and shot a few quick flower shots. I used the built in flash on the E-3 as it was after 7pm, and my back yard was already in the shade of the early evening. So a few quick grab shots. I'm definitely going to like this lens.

I'd say. I think you and your lens will get on just fine.....

Lots of sharp detail there. I think you will put it to good use.

Congratulations Steven, the 12-60mm with the E3 is a great combo.

Congratulations with your new lens Steven, you made already some nice pictures with it.
