Moving South? Red Deer is out of question, Calgary is nice and closer to the mountains than Edmonton ... But the weather is as weird as here.
I got it, Maryland will be just perfect! A tiddy bit more humid than here but it can do! Do you need french speaking IT people and Teachers around there? ![]() Seriously, the weather is not as bad here than back East ... Its just that the winter is lasting a bit longer here up north than there ![]() We are getting very long days in summer (ever played golf at 10PM when the sun it still up?) .... and very short days in Winter (that's ok, IT people are creatures of the dark )Gilles

I wasn't thinking as far south as Maryland - it's so humid here in the summer that outdoors life is pretty crappy. Spring and autumn are nice, though.
The US federal government does seem to keep IT jobs here very stable. Your biggest problem would be that the last Canadian export to arrive here (what is now the Washington Nationals baseball team) isn't making a good impression on local residents (although the rest of the National League loves them). ![]() Ted |
