I went over to the Pier yesterday to take some photographs. As I parked the car I noticed a Snowy Egret standing on the seawall eyeing some fishermen, hoping for a handout I guess. Anyway, I was able to walk up relatively close to get some shots. E-3 and 50-200mm.

Thanks to everyone for looking and for the nice comments. Glad you like the shots.
I had driven over to the Pier to mainly photograph pelicans, and the egret was just a small bonus before I walked over to the big pelicans. |
