Lovely shot. I wish my macro attempts would turn out so well. The "shadows" of the wings are really extraordinary.

I probably sat in that one spot for 30 minutes or more, taking shot after shot of the dragonflies landing on that rock. The sun was just right to give that kind of unusual wing reflection which I especially liked. So I just kept shooting, then reviewing ALL those many snaps later I was really happy to get a few that looked similar to this.
