I just received my new E-300 and am very happy with early results. I tried my FL-40 on the hot shoe, and apparently the two are not compatable. When I look in the manual, the FL-40 is not mentioned. It does "work" when I manually set the exposure, but that's no fun. It worked fine on my 3030Z. Any advice other than to sell and replace it with a '36? Sheesh. :?
