It is a good deal, nothing wrong with the setup at all. For me getting the panny on ebay slightly used for 240 dollars seems a better deal. Olympus makes very good lenses as well.

I'd go with the Pana 45-200mm. It's an excellent lens and you don't need the adapter. The extra 100mm reach is worth the money.
