I just received another notification from Olympus. This one announcing Black Friday deals on Pen cameras including lens.

The most notable of which is an E-PL3 complete with 14-42mm lens
@ $449.99.

That's $150 discount.....

I got the same email zig and I gotta say the deals on the new pens are the most notable, $100 off body or body and kit lens! Plus you get the 8GB Toshiba wifi card to boot.

That puts the E-PM2 at $499 with kit and $449 body only!
While the E-PL3 is nice for the same money getting the same sensor as the OM-D is just amazing. $549 for a body only E-PL5 is also really tempting for someone looking to upgrade who already has lenses and VF-2.

They really are making the PENs a sweet deal, on the OM-D side you only get $50 off the body and not until you get the OM-D plus 12-50 do you get $100 off.

Also noticed the VF-2 is getting an $80 rebate for $169

Looking around at black friday deals I also saw that Samy's camera has $50 instant rebates on either the 19mm or 30mm Sigma micro four thirds f2.8 primes. Both lenses got pretty good reviews and at $150 a piece you really can't lose. Almost makes me wish I hadn't just bought the 45mm as the 30mm intrigues me.

Buying the P20 makes we want the Olympus 45 as well. :/
