Default Spring "stuff" at the Arboretum

I shoulda taken the 50-200 as it's a better shooter, especially with the EX25 tube, but used the 35-100mm f2.8 Panasonic instead, with the E-M1. I did make my usual Saturday Pilgrimage over to Arlington Camera and the Olympus guy there said possibly the end of April on the 40-150mm f2.8 M. Zuiko... Hehe....

And the 12-40mm f2.8 M. Zuiko..

Wonderful photos. The foliage doesn't look too much different than what can be found in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. Interesting.

I probably should have gone there and/or to Clark Gardens, it would have been a lot less work.

Instead I shot the Arts On The Greene festival again, 3-days and 1000+ files to work through. Sunday, my friend Michelle (EAA 34 Chapter here in town) came out to find me....... I was shooting the music stage at the time.

She told me that even though I had declined the original date because of the dates conflict with the festival, the offer was still on.

The EAA Young Eagles Rally for flight experience was postponed (due to the wind) from Saturday last to next Saturday and would I please come out for that......... so there I will go for the day at Grand Prairie airport.

Exactly why I don't try doing this camera thing for hire, I give it all away and still I work much more than I want......... oh well, it's a fun thing to do.
