Great shots Greg, beautiful colors, the second one is my favorite . Looks like your enjoying the 12-100 f4, what are your impressions of the lens from the short time you've had it?

Hi TG.

My opinion, the 12-100 can be used in place of the 12-40 and 40-150mm f2.8's for a large % of what I do. I see little to no difference in image quality using the 12-100. Still carrying both the 7-14mm and 40-150mm f2.8's with the 12-100 when I go somewhere like the Arboretum, the 40-150 with the 1.4x virtually permanently fixed.

A lens like your Panasonic 100-400 makes a whole lot of sense with the 12-100, especially for someone like myself who see's little chance I would ever invest in the 300mm f4 M. Zuiko.

I anticipate the 7-14, 12-100 and 40-150mm plus 1.4x being the outfit I will tote around on photo-specific trips like my upcoming White Sands trip in May, but will be using my photo vest to better distribute the weight than a shoulder bag and give quicker access than a backpack can do.

The chances of me having the new E-M1 Mark II by May for that trip are probably pretty good. We'll see, LOL.
