Default E-10 and raw setting

I have an Oly E-10 and am confused about the raw setting. What would I use to covert to a tiff file, also how does one change white balance and other modifications before converting the raw format.
I imagine there is software for this, but have searched the forums and found nothing. Any help & comments on the advantages to using raw as opposed to SHQ or TIFF would be greatly appreciated

Wouldn't the software that came with the camera do that?

The reason why someone would shoot RAW is if they want the best of all best pictures with NO processing done by the camera...the RAW file is the information direct from the CCD. For most people TIFF is enough (for pics with no compression), or SHQ (or even HQ) is enough for the majority (most can't tell the difference between SHQ and HQ).
