Default Can I use my Oly C series as a webcam?

I have an Oly C-3000z and was wondering if there's a way to use it as a webcam. I'm on an iMac using OSX vers.10.2.8 and they have this iChatAV software available now. How can I make my Oly work with it?
Thanks a lot!

I would imagine so. The C-2100 is able to supply contiuous composite video with zoom & all the other camera controls also being available (eg, EV setting).

You would just connect the camera video out (usually 1/8" mini jack camera side ) to the video in (usually RCA jack) of the computer .

As long as you don't mind the quality of your photos dropping...with age and use CCDs develop problem (hot/stuck/dead) pixels over time...with constant use the CCD will heat up and these problems will develop. For the cost to have it fixed after, or to have the CCD remapped, you can buy 4 or more regular CMOS webcams for the same price.
