As you know I have had the 560 for a couple years and love it. I've spent a lot of time this year with the 510 70/300 combo and love that also. But on a recent trip to DC I learned a valuable lesson, take the 560 on trips. Carrying the 510 all day don't cut it.
Low light is the killer for the 560 and I can't get decent shots past ISO 200 in low light with it. But the 510s ability to shoot in 400 almost all the time and 800 when needed puts it on my list of needed as I shoot a lot of low light deer shots.
I try to ignore your 590 shots as I will be skinned alive if I even attempt to get another camera : ) It appears to be a 560 pumped up on steroids.

Hi, first post here. Thought I would show some pics I took with my SP590. Pardon the subject, theyre of a basket I sent my girlfriend on her birthday over a month ago. She doesn't have the heart to throw them away.

These are pretty much straight from the camera with NO cropping (except for one - about a 2% crop). From the SP590 w/TCON-17. I actually had to back off on the zoom a bit.
