Default Does my camera have hot pixels or dead pixels?

I just got a factory reconditioned Olympus C2100 yesterday, and I took a photo with the lens cap on to see if any problems showed. Sure enough, there are four colored pixels on a sea of otherwise pitch black. Does this mean I have hot or dead pixels? I'm not even sure I know what those terms mean anyway, but it sure seems odd that I would have these four colored pixels when they should all be black. You can view my photo sample here to see for yourself:

Default Hot/Stuck Pixel(s)

See in this forum:

At this time there is not enough info to determine if there
is an issue/problem. Download the deadpixel test (found in this forum) at
& read the instructions (test measures dead/hot/stuck pixels)
