Default Pen E-PL3 & E-PM1

Can someone explain to me the difference between these 2 cameras ?

I was thinking of buying a XZ1 and now hesitating with one of these
My main reason for looking at the XZ1 is the very convenient and excellent zoom but my biggest concern is ISO performance
Pentax 35mm f/2.4 AL SMC DA
Pentax 10-17mm f/3.5-4.5 ED IF SMC P-DA Fish-Eye

Both are excellent small cameras with high picture quality, but the E-PM1 is a tiny thing aimed more at the P&S crowd who just leave everything on auto. As a DSLR shooter, you may want to consider also the Pen E-P3. However, you need to ask this question in the Olympus Micro Four Thirds Forum here, which is further down the page under the DSLR section, just after the Olympus DSLR forum. Lots of hands on use by those guys and they are knowledgeable about all the choices.
