Default Shutter speed help

Why is it on my monitor c-750 the red shutter speed numbers blink off and on?
This happens when shutter speed is 1/320. My mode is ASM. When flash is up the flashing goes away. I am shooting indoors. If i was to shoot outdoors will the shutter speed numbers still blink, since outside is much brighter.

under the red blinking shutter speed there is a small arrow showing you that the picture you are going to take is either over or underexposed, the same happens with the aperture, that means that you either need to increae/decrease speed or aperture in order to have the right exposure.
when the film is on more light is available thats why faster speeds are not highlighted red
