Default Olympus 2100UZI Firmware upgrade?

Hi all.
I've been using my UZI for some time and I obviously can see some issues or missing features which can be fixed or added by a new firmware version.
Have you had the firmware upgraded? What are the changes? Is it worth going for it (I never like going to service and this one isn't likely to be cheap :x )
I would especially appreciate these fixes and new firmware features:
1. Reset of the macro mode after restart (BTW. did you encounter the problem of not resetting the macro mode?)
2. Manual white ballance
3. Pixel mapping
4. USB auto connect
So, am I going to be happy?

Hi MartinCZ,

Personally, I would not send camera in for just a firmware upgrade.

It would cost you some serious cash approaching cost of a 2100uz
on ebay.

Two cents worth...
