I'm thinking about purchasing the C770 mainly for the additional zoom capabilities. I previously owned the C750 for a short period of time and was disappointed in the slowness of the focusing and its' low light ability (high noise in pictures above iso 100). With the turbo processor, is the C770 any faster than the C750? Reviews I've seen at pricegrabber seem to indicate this is a much better camera than previous versions. Thoughts and opinions are appreciated.

I don' think you'll see much difference in the focus speed. I have an Olympus E-1, but keep an Olympus C-700 series in my briefcase when I travel to and from work (this morning I got a couple of photos of two large bears that run around here in Colorado). I went from a C-730 to a C-765, focus is about the same. However, the purple fringing on backlit shots is much improved with the new processor and the increase in pixels was also a step up for me, although I was getting great enlargements on A# size paper on well exposed photos with the C-730. There is no question that the 10X zoom is great supplement to your exisiting camera - it's a good idea and easier than changing lenses.
