Default C-5050 shutter lag time?

I know the 5050 hasn't hit the market yet, but I am curious to know if anyone has come across any documentation regarding the shutter lag time for the 5050 any help is greatly appreciated.

Based on the Olympus series from C2000 through the C4040, they all have similar shutter lag. The shutter lag can be compensated by derpessing the shuter button half way. I suspect the C5050 will be built with similar mechanism.

If you need instantaneous shutter release, AND flash, use a non-dedicated autoflash, and turn off the internal flash. I have a C4040 and the FL40 flash, and even with the flash set to manual mode, and depressing the shutter release halfway and waiting for the peak of action, I still missed the shot because the FL40 fires those damn preflashes even in manual mode. So for sports, I use a Nikon Speedlight (SB24) set to "auto". I had to get the Olympus FLCB04 cable, which is a little pricey, but if the C5050 has a hotshoe, you won't need it.
