Sybex DVS-550

I lost the charger and no one seems to know or understand what the battery for it is, or the charger. The battery type is by PAC Electronics co. (and their site doesnt even list it, jeez), it's a li-ion battery pack. 3.7V 1100mAh 4.07Wh.. Model no. PAC-0040. It's rechargable apparently but I'm not sure how it can get charged?? Is it chargeable through a USB chord?

HELP!
