Thanks, Rayna. I think wires were close enough he couldn't spray to edge of field without going under them. There were trees at other end. But it looked really risky to me.

Default Holy Cow!

I fly like that with my MS flight Simulator, but seeing an analog plane flown by an analog pilot gave me a an icy chill...

I'm editing this to say something I wasn't going to, but what the heck: I used to end some flights by smashing into the WTC at different speeds and angles, and I used to photograph the WTC, because it was a prominent part of my skyline here in NY. After 9/11 and seeing the video of the plane deliberately smashing into the WTC I felt sick to the stomach for a long time. In part, that's why my avatar is what it is.

Seeing your airplane picture somehow brought it all back for me. It's OK, but it stirred up lots of feelings...

I wonder if the FAA doesn't have some regulation about what this guy is doing?

Can see why you'd feel a little sick, but you could hardly anticipate September 11, so I wouldn't be too hard on myself if I were you.

I don't know how much the FAA regulates crop dusters. Imagine there are so many and they don't carry passengers, the FAA probably has other fish to fry.
