Default A more reserved sign, can you find the cockroach

Before I get accused of ignoring the more uplifting signs of the times from downtown Honolulu. This is a picture of one of the stained glass panels from the National Historic St. Andrews Cathedral in downtown Honolulu. It depicts the Hawaiian monarchy on the left meeting with the bishop of the church among other things.

However, for the trivia buff, that is not what grabs the attention of knowledgeable visitors.
There is a representation of a cockroach inserted in the scene.

The eagle eye will get something from Hawaii.

Great colours. Very nice theme indeed...
I especially like the chair in there too.

But the doorway???

And I cannot see the cockroach. Where is it?

Selvin,

Right under the wheat in the stained glass, at the bottom-middle, near the floor.

Sound engineer,

Now that you mention it, the doorway should be cropped. Thanks.

Hmmm I'm thinking that where it near the wheat it should be a locust instead of a cockroach?
In biblical times wasn;t there some type of locust swarm that damaged crops and people were starving?

Folks,

Thanks for your efforts. Korvus is correct, lower middle just below the stalks.

Robin, becasue this wasn't a biblical scene te locust theory doesn't hold sway.

Hammerjoe, hummingbird? Hmmm. Interesting observation.

Cockroaches along with other insect pests were a western introduction to the islands.

Korvus, Please send me an e-mail re your mailing address for your "something from Hawaii."
