Default [7 pics] Lake Compounce (amusement park)

I don't think these are especially well-composed or artistic--just a little slice of my life.

From Saturday, September 13

Hey Gimli, you know I forgot to ride that one Sunday, but it's one of my favorites too! At Lake Compounce it's called Enterprise. Where do you ride it? It's amazing that you're not strapped in or restrained in any way while your gondola shoots up 90 degrees and then back down again. I'm glad I have long legs to brace myself or I'd be bumping around all over the place.

Soundengineer, I know what you mean about your camera. You won't believe it but I took a video with my camera of the entire ride on Boulder Dash, one of the world's most intense roller coasters. It's not the white one out in the open, it's the other coaster, and it's built into the side of a mountain. I was holding my camera with two hands praying I could keep a strong grip!

Its over here in Vancouver at Playland. Not sure what they call the ride here. I kept meaning to look at it though but forgot.

In my 13hr trip to our amusement park, I think I rode that particular ride at least 10 times
