Default Superman in Times Square

Nature called while taking pictures in Times Square so I rushed inside Toys R Us where I was directed by an associate to the second floor restrooms and upon looking up saw Superman in the nick of time stopping an 18-wheeler truck before it crushed me. Fortunately my photographer reflexes were faster than a speeding bullet I set my camera to manual at F11 and 1/8 shutter speed and captured the whole thing. All that with moments to spare and not even wetting myself...

Comments? Thoughts? Thanks!

I really like your souped up version of the image. Without trying to fool around with it, there's plenty of room to make half a dozen shots out if it. (Looking at the original, I see Superman is "soft." Would have been better of he was sharper - Ahh well, we all know what happens.)

Nice shot, really creative! (And I'll probably steal this idea, without giving you any credit... )

Thanks, Dave!

My camera wobbled every which way while I zoomed the lens in I wish I could mount a tripod inside the store but with the hefty NY tourist crowd forget it .

By all means steal away!

Default Spiderman in Times Square

Spiderman is also at Toys R Us, so I went back and took photos of him, too. I used a storeshelf for support this time to steady my shot but still no improvement on sharpness I think. Any Spidey fans out there?
