2morrow, you have some fine images here. I have to agree with harriet about the Lab, and the lighting. I also am very partial to the young lady(wife?). I like the lighting in that one as well..

Thanks folks. The musicians were with extreme zoom. It took a lot of patience and shots to get those two. Tripod is the only way to go with fireworks. The shots were in shutter priority mode from 10 to 20 second. Lyrics 51, all good shots, number three snow picture is superb.

Default Ya sucked me in Mark, can I play?!

Little intimidating with all these very good photos but I thought I'd play. Here are a quick pick 5. (Sounds like a lottery game!)
I really would like a little feedback, just general opinions. I know we all don't see our photos the same but some ideas work and others ideas help.
Some have been posted here before.

1/ We'd just visited St Michael's Mount in Cornwall, Looked back to see if the tide race was going to catch us...and I caught this!

2/ On the Li River, China. The covered rafts are for rent for a picnic on the river when it's hot. The air quality isn't great even this far away from the developing areas.

3/ Harlech Castle North Wales. I used to love this place when I was a kid, swordfighting the bad guys. Yeh, it's even older than me.

4/ Sunrise atop of our hotel in Yangshoe, China.....Dawn on a frosty December morning.

5/ Had to add this, from the first photos taken with my first...and only, so far DSLR. Olympus E-500
Tug coming out of the fog in Saratoga Passage, Puget Sound.
