Mark, I still love your threads. Puts the emphasis on the results and the styles of some very good photographers.

This one was turned into "Spaniels in the Field" magazine by a friend and owner of the dog. It was a contest that a winner was chosen for each month, and of those twelve photos, the readers chose the one to be placed on a cover of the magazine. It happened to be the last published edition of that magazine.

The morning after the snow

Water retrieve.

A goldfinch at lunch

Lost in the Dandilion.

Now I need to go back to the other two "5 Best" to see if I'm repeating. Starting to get tough to find new material.

As Mtngal has already appropriately stated ' these shots are all candy for the eyes '.

But I did have to comment on one; JustinTyme,, your last image of the young girl playing soccer is absolutely wonderful. Everything about it is just perfect to my eyes.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks zig, I have plenty of soccer pics, more than anything else for that matter. Wanted to post a at least a little variety ;o)
The lighting was very kind to me on that day!

I'm impressed too, getting Rembrandt lighting in a sports photo is a bit special.
