Default Yet Another Bike : Ducati Monster 620 Dark i.e.

Yesterday I saw this Monster parked between other bikes.

I simply do love this model in its wonderful matte black version.

P.S. :
Layer 0
- radial gradient white to black centered approax around the beginning of the "Ducati Monster 620 Dark i.e." writing

Layer 1:
- "Fill Adjustment Layer" of Layer 0, Brightness and Contrast
- Adjustement of brightness adjustment

Layer 2
- selection of all of the backgound parts
- removal of the selected parts
- Unsharp Mask
- several retouches with tool brushes:
  • - burning of overexposed areas
    - burning of midtones along the pipes to enhance depth
    - saturation of the yellow spring and electrical cable
    - partial desaturation of the brass reflections of the shock absorber
    - total desaturation of all of the sky and environment reflections on the matte black parts
    - contrast enhancement of bolts, chain and Ducati signs.
Layer 3:
- "Fill Adjustment Layer" of Layer 2, Levels.
- Grey level adjustment by midtone level slider

Layer 1 and Layer 3 have allowed me to interactively find the appropriate mix of grey contrast between background and the bike body.

Freefly, yes, it would have been nice to include all of the Ducati sign on the bottom-right part
Unfortunaly I had only this shot

WOW! Great crop with BW- style and the yellow in the mid. Super sharp and crisp.

Maybe one or more of the companies that design vehicles would hire you as their photographer. Or how about magazines devoted to cars and bikes? You could sell yourself to them with this photo.

"Marketing and Communications" looks like the one to check off. There's never any harm in trying, you know. 8)
