It was a great day for shooting pictures! The sun was just right if you positioned the horses in the right place. The only thing was these horses could not stand still! They kept following me and unlike my horse, Disco, the would not tolerate this weird silver and black box that make a clikey noise right near their precious eyes.. or near them at all for a matter of fact lol. But this one caught my eye! Seriously, there was no pun intended.. I swear!

Well in this one I used my mom's Canon Powershot G1. I really really really am thinking about getting the Canon Digital Rebel n a couple months or when the price lowers, but I am still weighin my options. I need to definately take a photography class or two before I get that camera.

I have my own Nikon Coolpix 2100 (My spoiled sister got a 3100 for x-mas) But for some reason my barrey life is nonexistant. I really just use that one for pics with friends and some horseshows since it's so small and easy to carry around with me.

Incredible photo, Discodudette

Since horses are skittish in general about folks approaching from the front, this is all the more an amazing capture!

The expression in the eye of your horse "speaks" volumes.

And...your new avatar isdelightful!

Hmmm, does it take a while for new avatars to appear? Cause I still see my old one... Hmm.

I did notice that it was way blown out on the top right but I like how it took me a really long time to notice because the eye just brings my eye in right awway. I also like how I got his darker mane in there slightyly out of focus.
