Here is a shot of fireworks that came out alot better than I expected:



Focal length: 21.9mm
Exposure time: 0.033 s (1/30)
Aperture: f/3.5
ISO equiv.: 800
Metering Mode: spot
Exposure: program (auto)

I was within 2 miles of where they were launching from.
You also need to set your camera to manual focus.
