Default Retired Heli

This heli has been retired to duty in front of the Legion building.

Great shot. But it's a shame you cut the rotors and missed the colors on the heli. But I know it's a difficult to shoot against the sky.

You're a clever one, aren't you!

I think their all fine pics.

However my point was to see the chopper AND the brilliant sky from the first photo. Then it would have been a great shot (but ALMOST impossible to shoot, without some editing afterwards.)

Heh...well the reason I posted the first one first is that I liked the way the sun rays were coming from behind the copter...but yeah, you are right, it would have been nice to get the detail of the copter as well as the nice sky behind it...oh well.

Why not try to cut it out in a graphic program and then paste it into the first sunny pic you showed ? Could be a challenge with a wonderfull output! Just a thought!

Yeah not a bad thought....but seems more work than I'm interested in doing right now. I just like to take pictures and leave them the way they are when I took them...keeps the originality.
