Hi everyone

The recently concluded Mumbai Festival saw a lot of opportunity capture on camera... I will be putting up these pics for your viewing and critque soon. But to start of with here is the fireworks show

How do you photograph fireworks anyway? I tried this newyears eve, but it turned out quite bad.. Tripod mounted? How about exposure?

I like your photographs!

Very nice works images.

Yes, tripod mount is good, set an f-stop maybe f4 or f5.6 point the camera in the direction of the fireworks, manually focus at infinity, open the shutter and wait for one or more to go off. Close the shutter and try again.

Yes Definately tripod mounted.

However Since this was the first time i was shooting works... i didnt want to take chances and went with the fireworks mode on the camera... And then went with the burst mode
