Default Newbie Skywatcher

Not the greatest shots but I like to share.

The Moon was taken very late at night through a 90mm refractor telescope with an Olympus SLR attached.

The Rainbow streak(meteor shower we had last year) was a lucky shot of using my pentax laying on the group face up with a 20sec exposure.

What mag does a 90mm refractor give you.

Oh gosh, I don't remember, it was my ex's telescope and she knew what the mag was... depending on what eye piece we used, I can't really remember. Let's see the 90mm had a 900mm FL, she had 3 different eye pieces along with filters and a barlow lens(2x)....

Think her eyepieces ranged from 10mm to about 17mm?
