Default Close-up with home-made lens

This was a lucky shot - the camera just happened to focus right on the eyes. The camera was an Olympus C2100UZ. The close-up lens was the objective lens from a pair of broken 7x50 binoculars ($5 at a garage sale).

The fly was sitting on a raspberry leaf. I don't know how big is was - my guess would be between 2 and 4 millimeters.
