Thanks Genece, I hope to get a dslr someday. Even the old ones are a bit much for me right now and not sure I would want it to be an IR camera...?

Maybe I can find an old used FZ1 )

There is a lady on flickr that has an IR set made with her FZ7. If you go there and search for member named grrlsout you can check them out.
