Default Problems with my ZS-3

I just have bought the ZS3 camera on January and took pictures in my trip to Florida. However, some of the pictures, the ones I took on Key West, got an overexposure on the center and the right of the pictures (attached). This problem, as I could check, only occurred on this place (Key West). I was in Orlando and other places, and it seems the problem did not happen. What could I have made wrong? Is there any software to correct these problems?

Another minor problem: When I switch my camera to playing mode, some of the pictures seem to have disappeared (the screen shows all black), but when I connect the camera to the PC, I see the pictures are there with no problems. Is this a bug of the firmware? (I have Ver. 1.2)

Thanks in advance

It sounds like you had a wonderful cruise, was it,-sisazar.

Welcome to the Forum. We're delighted you dropped by.

I would say that the camera has problems. I would exchange it with the selling dealer. It camera problem, should be no problem and it is also covered by your 1 year warranty, as well.

However, an exchange, which is not uncommon at all, would provide you with the fastest solution.

Have a great day.
