Default DMC-ZS5/6/7 Question

If you look the following web site:


There is a series of three pictures of a camera under "Low light settings" on the page. That third picture to the right is exactly what I see happening with my ZS6 indoor flash photos. The colors just aren't right.
The author suggests two different ways to correct it, which seem to work good.

Now go down to the "Flash" section of the page. Do you think these pictures were taken with either of the two recommend low-light settings AND the flash?

Also, can someone tell me what does this stand for (Sinc.L)?

Sync Low stands for a slw shutter speed including a fired flash. You have to be carefull with moving objects but you get more realistic colours.
