Default AVCHD edit from FZ100

Evening all
Out doing some shots at a local bike festival and I changed the White balance when I was inside watching the "wall of death" came out and took some video. Now the video a blue tinge. Is there any way to set this back to auto White balance as I have done this with a couple of pics that were taken at the same time. School boy error I know

I'm guessing here (in other words I have no idea what I'm talking about) as I've only had the camera few days and haven't fooled around with white balance.
But doesn't the video get it's settings from the film mode?
In other words if you changed the white balance from auto to whatever, say in 'P' mode and took some pictures then went to take a video while still in 'P' mode the white balance would still be set to whatever the film mode was.

If you can tell me step by step how and what you changed I can try to duplicate it on my end (Within reason. I'm not screwing my camera up for you..) and see if I can figure something out.
