Default Shutter Jiggle on DMC-FZ1

I just bought a FZ1 and have noticed that every time I take a picture the shutter jiggle warning appears as soon as the green focus light comes on. I've tried using a tripod as well as other shooting modes but the warning always appears. I would say about 75% of the pictures have turned out sharp. Any ideas?

That warning light is not really telling you that you're jiggling the camera too much to take the picture -- it's telling you that at that zoom level or that light level, you need to hold the camera very steady or use a tripod. I guess it's more of a passive warning system than an active one that is sensing how much the camera is jiggling.

I hope that makes sense.

The firmware upgrade will provide you with manual settings (shutter priority) that can assist you in reducing blurred pictures.
