Default Final & Best settings for IQ and Video quality of FZ100

A long time passed since the release date of FZ100.

Most of the famous sites about photography made their reviews about this camera.

We have a lot of professional or pro-like users of this camera at this forum.

So please, can you share with us your best settings with this camera according to your experience:

Best "Outdoor/indoor" settings for Images quality

Best "Outdoor/indoor" settings for Video quality.

In which mode to shoot for best results: P? A? S? M?

Which film mode is better then the others?

What are the best values for contrast, sharpness, saturation and noise reduction?

In which metering mode this camera serves us the best results?

Is it necessary to play with I.EXPOSURE values?

What about the i.RESOLUTION?

Which stabilizer is better for image and which one is better for Video?

Is zoom mic effective while zooming?
